Our coffee is sourced directly from farmers who practice their agriculture with the utmost respect to our ecosystem, from the plants, to the birds and butterflies, and last but not least, you.

our story
We met each other in the small town of Clinton, after having recently moved from Tennessee and Costa Rica. We met in the gym, but we became fast friends over a cup of coffee.
From that first cup of coffee to the endless other cups shared, in cars, at the kitchen table, to walks in the park, our friendship grew.
And as our friendship grew, a dream brewed. As this beautiful town became our home, that we love dearly, we knew we wanted to share our dream with this community. We want friendships to bloom, grow, and strengthen while sharing long conversations over incredible cups of coffee.
What makes our coffee different?

Our coffee beans come from specific farms in Columbia, Brazil, and Ethiopia where natural practices are of utmost importance. Not only do they want healthy plants, but they do not want to disrupt the beauty of our ecosystem and its incredible inhabitants. They also desire to provide coffee beans that are not laden with chemicals, but rather supported with nature.

The coffee beans are picked when they are perfectly ripe and immediately packed and shipped to the USA directly to our roaster. Once arriving to the roaster, roasting does not occur until we are ready to replenish our stock. The freshness of your brew is all based on when the beans are roasted.
Hand-picked
Each coffee bean is picked by hand from the farmers themselves and their families, no mass production here.

We chose a blended origin of beans from the partnered farms in Columbia, Brazil, and Ethiopia, with our partnered roaster perfecting every flavor profile we wanted to taste in every bean, resulting in the smoothest cup of coffee, no matter how it is prepared.
